In 1963, the pharmacy had a fountain and luncheon service offering sandwiches, beverages, snacks and ice cream. Students could also purchase school supplies, cosmetics, or a camera and film. There was even a phone booth to call family and friends.

The pharmacy closed in 2008 after nearly 40 years.
